EPA Developing Self-audit Policy for New Oil and Gas Owners
EPA is developing a new Clean Air Act audit policy that would give new owners of oil and natural gas exploration and production facilities nine months to self-inspect their operations, disclose violations to EPA, and correct any violations they find.1/28/2019
OSHA Rescinds Electronic Reporting Requirement for Form 300 and 301 Injury Data
OSHA has finalized a rulemaking to rescind the requirement for employers with 250 or more employees to electronically report injury and illness data from OSHA Forms 300 and 301. Electronic submission of data from OSHA Form 300A will still be required.1/15/2019
