Before becoming EPA Administrator, Scott Pruitt often challenged new US EPA Clean Air Act rules in court as Attorney General of Oklahoma. Now, it seems, the tables have turned—today Pruitt and his EPA face their own set of legal challenges from Attorneys General across the US.

EPA Adds 7 Superfund Sites to National Priorities List
US EPA today announced the addition of seven sites to its National Priorities List (NPL)—the list of sites designated for cleanup under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), also called “Superfund.”

OSHA Launches Injury and Illness E-Reporting Portal
As of August 1, a new OSHA Injury Tracking Application is available to help employers meet their obligations for electronic reporting of injury and illness data. Employers covered under this new requirement have until December 1, 2017 to submit data from OSHA Forms 300 and/or 300A.
