New Effluent Limitations for Coal-fired Steam Electric Power Plants
On September 30, 2015, US EPA finalized a new Rule aimed at reducing the volume of toxic metals and other pollutants that enter US waterways. EPA Revises Farm Worker Protection Standards
On September 28, 2015, US EPA announced revised worker protection standards for farm workers exposed to pesticides on the job.
