More thorough than a class I attended last year through another company.

The instructor was probably the best I ever had! He made the class enjoyable, was humorous at times, and very knowledgeable.

The instructor was excellent. They knew all of the material without having to read from a notepad or computer.

The instructor did an excellent job presenting a very dry subject; keeping everyone interested and making it enjoyable.

Lion was very responsive to my initial questions and the website was user friendly.

Course instructor was better prepared and presented better than other trainers. Course manual and references were easier to use as well.
