EPA Suspends Support Services Amid Shutdown
Starting tonight at 12:00 midnight, US EPA will suspend its support for the new electronic Manifest (e-Manifest) system and the RCRAinfo portal used by hazardous waste generators, transporters, and treatment, storage, and disposal facilities (TSDFs) due to the Federal government shutdown.

PHMSA Proposes HM 215-O to Harmonize 49 CFR with International Hazmat Requirements
Updates in the proposed rule will incorporate recent amendments to international regulation and consensus standards into 49 CFR and make changes to nearly every part of the hazmat rules, including Proper Shipping Names, hazard classes, packing groups, special provisions, packaging authorizations, and quantity limits.Find a Post
