NGP Facilities Added to TRI Reporting Rule

Natural Gas Processing facilities were added to the list of industry sectors subject to the EPCRA Toxic Chemical Release Reporting Rule (40 CFR Part 372). The first reports from this sector will cover the 2022 reporting year be due July 1, 2023.

The City of Jennings, Missouri declared a State of Emergency on Thursday last week when a fire at an abandoned bowling ball factory created an “extremely complex and large-scale fire and hazmat situation” for local responders. A shelter-in-place order was issued for the city school district.
