PHMSA Issues Guidance for Shipping Organic Peroxides, Self-Reactive Materials
Earlier this year, the US DOT Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) finalized a rule to remove the Packing Group II (PG II) designation for organic peroxides and self-reactive substances.
