Manufacturer Agrees to $850,000,000 Fluorochemicals Settlement
A manufacturer of widely used products that contain perfluorocarbons (PFCs) recently settled a lawsuit with the State of Minnesota’s Attorney General’s Office, agreeing to provide $850 million to create a Water Quality and Sustainability Fund supporting the Twin Cities East Metro area.2/26/2018

Supremes Relegate WOTUS Argument to District Courts
This week, the US Supreme Court decided unanimously not to take up a challenge to EPA’s 2015 Waters of the United States, or WOTUS, Final Rule.
