Hazardous Waste Export/Import Requirements Amended
The long-awaited Hazardous Waste Generator Improvements Rule wasn’t the only Final Rule EPA posted to the Federal Register last week. In addition to that major re-work of the RCRA hazardous waste rules, EPA posted a Final Rule to amend the export/import requirements for transboundary shipments of hazardous waste.11/28/2016
