7/6/2020In this week's Roundup, a Wisconsin waste management facility is ordered to pay a $232K fine after the alleged improper disposal of electric arc furnace dust. Plus, EPA cited over 2,100 alleged violations of the Clean Water Act at a seafood processing facility, resulting in a $190K penalty.
6/29/2020In this week's Roundup, a housing complex is ordered to pay $55K for allegedly operating 16 illegal large-capacity cesspools. Plus, a Delaware farm is cited for $25K in FIFRA violations after allegedly failing to provide decontamination supplies to employees who worked in pesticide-treated areas.
These are the best commercial course references I have seen (10+ years). Great job!
