The International Air Transport Association Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA DGR) is the manual used by the world’s dangerous goods air shippers and airlines. New and changing restrictions in the latest edition take effect on January 1, 2017, and compliance is mandatory to avoid rejected shipments, customs delays, emergency landings, and US DOT fines up to $77,114 per day, per violation.

2016 IMDG Code

The International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG Code) holds unique, additional requirements you must know if you ship hazmat/dangerous goods by vessel. Training on these rules is required once every 3 years. The 2016 IMDG Code is in effect as of January 1, 2017, and compliance is mandatory starting January 1, 2018.
