Much better than my previous class with another company. The Lion instructor made sense, kept me awake and made me laugh!

Excellent job. Made what is very dry material interesting. Thoroughly explained all topics in easy-to-understand terms.

I used the IT support number available and my issue was resolved within a few minutes. I don't see anything that could have made it better.

Our instructor was very dynamic and kept everyone's interest. Hazmat shipping can be a dry, complicated topic but I was engaged the entire time.
